Encrypted data backup With the Trustee application, your contacts are always secure, because the program offers a backup function. Backup of data can also be encrypted or unencrypted. Unencrypted backup is compatible with the standard vCard version 3. With the encrypted version, the VCF file is encrypted and the file is also password protected. Each backup file also has a time stamp and is stored in the backup list. According to the icons, one can quickly tell whether the file is encrypted or open. QR scanner With the QR scanner function, the user can easily scan QR codes with contact information. Trustee also offers importing of scanned data into the directory. URLs that are contained in the QR code, are firstly opened in the Trustee secure browser, and are scanned for any malicious codes. This means the user is always protected from performing dangerous actions and against infecting their phone. The Trustee application also allows the user to copy the QR code straight to the clipboard.
